Terms and Conditions:  PSTGP, LLC, and all of its assumed names/DBA’s are a limited liability company in the state of Michigan (herein after “We”).  All users of this site agree to be bound to these terms and conditions of use, including for any purchases made or services or training provided.  All parties agree that Michigan law will control and govern, and all parties agree that venue for all claims, suits, disputes, or similar is in West Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan, and no other location.  All users agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein and as listed anywhere on this site, and users agree that if they do not wish to be so bound, that they should not use the site, not register for nor attend any training, nor make any purchases.

In no event shall We be liable be liable for any damages, including but not limited to general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising, directly or indirectly, from the use or possession of any tools or products sold or provided, or any training and/or the use of the techniques provided in the training.

 

All users are reminded that improper or illegal use or possession of the tools sold or provided, as well as improper or illegal use of the training and techniques instructed upon, may result in serious civil and/or criminal liability on the part of the user.  Such consequences include, but are not limited to, loss of freedom, criminal charges or convictions, financial loss, loss of employment, loss of professional licenses or certifications, and/or other serious consequences. We are not responsible for any misuse of training, techniques or tools on your part.

 

Uses who purchase any products, register, or receive any training or products from us certify that they are legally authorized and permitted to do so under applicable laws. Users are encouraged to check with all Federal, State, County, Local and other agencies, laws, rules or regulations to ensure that they are acting in complete compliance at all times.

Although they may be promoted here, legal seminars (Police Supervisor Legal Liability, Legal Update and Review, and any other legal related seminars) are provided by the law firm of Keith A Wuotinen, PLC, of West Bloomfield, Michigan.

Once enrollment is made, participants agree that their enrollment is non-refundable whether they attend or not.  Each class is planned and prepared based upon the number of people who enroll, so it is important that participants attend or make arrangements for another to attend in their place (and to notify us in advance of those substitutions).   Course materials and the course itself are planned around having all of the participants enrolled attending and making payment following the course (or prior to the course), and therefore, all enrollees and attendees agree to pay the course fee, whether they actually attend or not.

All courses are subject to change, modification or cancellation at any time for any reason by Professional Police Training (PSTGP, LLC, and/or Keith A Wuotinen, PLC, and or Keith A Wuotinen, Esq., PhD). 

All attendees are required to cancel at least 3-weeks prior to the course date to receive a refund and/or not be liable for invoicing at the full course amount.  Any cancellation by an attendee less than 3-weeks in advance is not subject to a refund and/or will be invoiced at the full rate.
